Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
